My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and had a great shower, although they were a bit too hot due to the air conditioning not working in Vienna yet in April. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to receptionist John who made me feel really welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and in a quiet area. The dining options were good, with plenty to choose from, and the facilities were top-notch. Overall, a great value for money experience.
